The nozzles for the windscreen and lights only work on the left side. On investigation there seems to be an enormous amount of pipe work under the nozzles on the bonnet.
Does anyone have a diagram showing hose routing from the reservoirs please?
Thanks

Real OEM shows how they should be connected, the T-Piece valve goes centrally and splits to each washer jet.

And here is routing up to the bonnet

Thanks
Spotted this but what about the feed from the main reservoir - doesn’t this go to the washer nozzles as well?
I believe the rear feed (next to the inner wing) from the main reservoir goes to the light washers?

It's been a long time since I worked on one with headlight washers, I think it crosses along the top edge of the front panel on the front facing side.

Thanks
But can anyone confirm whether the windscreen nozzles are fed from both reservoirs? My understanding is that the smaller reservoir has concentrated solution and this somehow merges with the larger reservoir to feed the windscreen nozzles.
If this is correct it is that bit of plumbing I’m trying to fathom!
If it’s not correct then what does the pump /outlet on the engine side of the large reservoir actually do?
Thanks

I've found this for a 635 of a similar age and wonder if the E30 is the same?

Thanks for this. I will get on to the light washers once I have the windscreen cleaning working properly.

It appears that one of the T valves is blocked. Ordered another so hopefully that’ll be it.
The headlamp washer not working on the same side must be a coincidence.

Yes the screen is supplied from both reservoirs, and the lamp washers are fed by the hidden motor (next to bonnet-strut) in the larger reservoir
