Having a clear out of the loft and have a set of e30 m3 front and rear seats that will realistically never see the inside of the e30 and was just wondering what sort of money they currently go for?

Tried looking at eBay etc but can’t see any recently sold so genuinely have no idea of value!?

Will add pictures later and apologies if this post is against any rules?

A lot will depend on the trim colour and condition, that they are not cab seats and whether the fronts are sport or Recaros.

Good sets were fetching a couple of grand but prices and demand have softened a lot this year from the stupidity of lockdown prices and are only heading one way given things are likely tightening a bit this winter.

Oh they’re definitely m3 in sport front seat guise and good condition, will fire some pics up later, have found a company ‘old timer seats’ who seem to sell a lot of m3 seats and have a similar set for 3200 euro!

Yeah E30 stuff was fetching more over the channel than here past couple of years but I guess it is going to head the same way. The fact that they still have them on the shelf says a lot, last year they would have flown, everything on their site was "out of stock".

You will often do better over there with RHD stuff because our passenger side makes a good driver side for them (and vice versa) but getting big stuff over the channel these days without getting ripped off is difficult.

I picked up a good set for under a grand in 2018, my guess is right now we are halfway between that and what they were going for last year.

Shame you didn't sell them last year, and IMHO you will probably better waiting till this winter is over as people are sitting on money they don't need to spend. Anything will sell but now is wrong time if you ask me. GLWS anyway and look forward to seeing the pics :thumb:

Sadly the stitching is vertical and not horizontal like the E30 M3.

They’ve been re trimmed and not exactly the correct way.

That's still at least £1500 plus of seats...

What makes the fronts M3 seats and not just re-trimmed sports seats? :?

No difference that I can see and I have both. They have different part numbers so if you have a minty M3 it might make a difference but then again you would be unlikely to be using re-trimmed seats
