Axle tramp

Im getting a loud banging most of the time from the rear axle when i wheel spin. It shakes the whole car up and down a few inches at the back like the axle is going to explode. Its an LSD, and to me it feels like one wheel is breaking and making traction on and off. It seems to go away with an extra person in the car. Has any one ever heard of this axle tramp/wheel hop and had any experience? Or any other suggestions? The rear subframe and diff bushes are good. Also ive noticed that if i bounce the back of the car with my hand it keeps bouncing up and down for a second, so do you think a bad shock would cause this? Thankyou!!

Apologies just read the older threads on this. I think il take them rear shocks off and check them before doing any more wheel spins! Yikes
