E30 seat mechanism repair northwest?

hi all, my seats are jammed and not moving up and down etc.. is there anyone in the northwest who can possibly take a look and repair the movements.. thanks

I've found that lubing all the pivots,levers etc. underneath /inside the seat with old engine oil can bring a sticking mechanism back to life.
You have to take the seat out (4 bolts) and turn it upside-down to discover where all the many points that need a spot of oil are-they are usually stained brown with rust.
