The dash on my 91 Alpine Weiss II is a grey colour like on the picture below. I am replacing the knee panel but will need to spray it. Anyone know what the actual colour is - or have found a good match?
Thanks
Dash colour?

Could you perhaps take a flake off it and take it to a paint shop for matching? I know it isn't paint but a flake is a flake. Or maybe I'm totally bonkers

Looks the same as mine, which I always assumed was just 30 year old faded black?

Maybe it is black? I assumed it was the same colour as the dash which is grey

I tried Halfords dark grey vinyl paint aerosol and the colour-match was hopeless- was more of a muddy-brown than the dark grey/ anthracite i expected.
I eventually got a close match from a local paint supplier, i think the brand was Mirpa and the colour was 'Dunkelgrau'

All those parts are "Anthracite" I bought a new kick panel for my car a few years back from BMW and it's really pretty dark - not a faded gre at all. No idea what you would paint it with though - I always revive with boiled Linseed oil - works wonders.

I have a brand new one of these in my garage. I can grab a photo if you'd like to try to see what the colour should be (to rule out fading)?
(I don't have my car with me though, and my spare dashboard is inaccessible, so can't compare to the dashboard)
