Hi, this may have been asked before but can’t find anything on a search.
All my windows are very slow to go Down and need help to come back up, the car is a 4 door 1987 325i with 43k so has not had much use.
What’s the solution please

Wd40 sprayed down the rubbers on each end of glass works a treat

I would use silicone spray on the rubbers and oil on the mechanism.
