guys

can we rename this the wrongness thread. that racing dynamics styling was terrible, much like the schnitzer stuff.(kos, do you have a phetish for wrongness).

hartge got it right, alpina got it right.

anyone ever seen the mk motorsport e30s from the mid eighties. they looked the bollocks. had there own cam covers too. fairly rare and most were based on the crome models. most probably fraged by now of course.

each to their own now jon, i did have a lovely alpina cabrio which would have made you run to the nearest bog for a 5 knuckle shuffle!!
i dealy i'd like a hartge 4 door, and RD touring i have th alpina M3 and an ac 2 door oh and a MK cabrio would be nice!!, thats all the big e30 tuners covered i think bar hamann. what could a have from their stable??? i know of a 2 door tourer, a dutch special winkeye

"can we rename this the wrongness thread. that racing dynamics styling was terrible, much like the schnitzer stuff.(kos, do you have a phetish for wrongness)."

In the eye of the beholder, evo 2 was based on the s3 Schitzer

"hartge got it right, alpina got it right."

Also Hartge and Alpina did'nt get it right all the time, bit of a sweeping statement.

Schitzer more understated, did its job, won races without the flash

the white one on hoshies video looks top though, i rekon they only suit certain colours on the e30

while it is true that racing dynamics style was a bit off, the engineering was sublime in my opinion

i love hartge an i do like alpina but they are not that rare

schnitzer are on another level

I have a set of Racing Dynamic wheels sat in the garage.

Image

5x120 so for an e30 - M3 or 5 stud conversion only. They are a bit tatty and need a refurb but nice light wheels.

8.5x17, ET 13.5

Ayone want to give me Ԛ£150 for them?
