This is the wires in question, bottom white plug is central locking (which is on order)
Next up is interior light control (which I can't find for sale)
What are the next to plugs for any advice would be great

Guessing that plug is for the side or wing indicator but could be wrong.

Maybe, that these plugs are for accessories that you dont have on the car. Wiring looms on e30's did come with the necessary connectors on the wiring loom even if the car wasn't fitted with the actual option . That plug could relate to the sound system , door lock heating, door courtesy light switch judging from the location but only surmising.

The smaller white connector is to do with the courtesy-light switch on the A-post.
If your'e looking for a light-delay relay ,keep an eye out for an E28 unit aswell- they are the same.
