A couple of questions, mine have stopped working, they were intermittent for a while when I pulled the stork hard back or wiggled it about but now they’ve stopped working altogether (washer). My first question is can the stork/lever be taken apart and the contacts cleaned,if so my next question is,would it be successful.Any information I would be greatfull.

Its worth a try it looks like the back cover will come off and you may be able to adjust/clean the contacts, a mate had this issue with his cab recently and it was the pump so check it first.
The contacts in the switch ground one side of the pump.

Your problem may be the contact on the stalk is not reaching the 2nd contact on the stalk after years of usage. You can push out one of the contact points on the stalk by wedging a small piece of plastic behind it . Here I have wedged a plastic piece cut out from a credit card behind one of the contacts so when applied it makes the connection much easier . You can check the pump by just putting 12 volts to it and is unlikely to be such is the reliability of these washer pumps![Image]()
