Hi everyone,

Just registered on the forum. Unfortunately I don't own an E30 or a BMW at all, however, I'm searching for my dad's old E30. He sold it in 2009 and it was the car I was driven home in after I was born so it means a lot to both of us. Now for the specs, it's a 1989 320i manual in grey and the MOT expired in 2014. A new logbook was issued in 2017 according to the government website so as far as I can tell (and I hope) it is still around somewhere. If anybody knows anything that could help me find the current owner it would be greatly appreciated and I'll probably check in with Facebook groups as well.

Of course the car might be beyond saving by now and there must be a lot of former owners who want their old cars back but if you don't ask, you don't know :)

As for myself I have a 1989 Peugeot 205 - coincidentally the same year but certainly a very different car!

Thank you all for reading and I hope this turns up some results.

You can fill in form V888 and get the current owners details from the DVLA:
