Touring exhaust with engine swap

Hi all, new to the forum so apologies if this has been asked before but I couldn't find it. I have read threads that say the saloon and touring exhausts are interchangeable and others are saying it is different. I have 320i shell with a M20B25 engine swap, the exhaust I have I believe is a 3 piece, 2 pipe downpipe into a 2 into 1 middle silencer which doesn't seem right? Basically I found this set up on ebay (link below) and I am hoping this will fit my touring but the seller says they don't do one for a touring, are the saloon and touring the same or not? I think my local exhaust shop would be happy to mod if it is just a matter of making it a bit longer or something!

Saloon, touring, convertible, the exhausts are the same across the board.
