A very honest car needing a freshen up, this has been parked up indoors for almost 12 years!

Interior is overall in good order everything works as it should, the dashboard is cracked, and roof lining is just starting to sag at the rear.
Body work is overall good, all the usual areas are solid, jacking points, scuttle, boot pockets, etc only bits which will need sorting is the sunroof panel and the seems on the inside of the tailgate have come away. The paint overall is decent has a few touch ups but with a good detail paint should come up nicely.
Mechanically the car starts at the turn of the key, runs quite well but does need going over as it been parked a while, a short spin arround the block and it pulls and changes gears as it should holds temperature as it should.
History file is very impressive, a A4 folder full of invoices, All the previous mots from new, spec sheet, and loads more. Car is HPi clear and has covers just over 120k and is backed up with fsh stamped in the service book.
Complete owners pack, 3 original matching keys,
The car will.need the v5 applying as the previous owner could not find it.
