Oil pressure switch - thin wall socket?

Off to get a 24mm deep socket tomorrow to take out oil pressure switch. Does anyone know if it needs to be thin walled?

can't hurt to get one, IIRC when i did mine i also had a 24mm box spanner just in case.
if it's got t*ts or wheels it's bound to be trouble...............prove me wrong.
