Afternoon chaps,

Anyone Uk based familiar with this?

Been looking for something to compliment my E36 m3 saloon and aside from the wheels which aren’t my cup of tea this one looked ok from the pics.

Any comments good or bad appreciated. 👍

Yeah spotted that cheers. Actually just on my way back from a viewing. Turned out it wasn’t as tidy as the pics / description.

Rear panel below boot rusted through, bad filler job on n/s scuttle, red paint showing through on skirts, few electrical gremlins and bad power steering leak on o/s after a quick drive round the block.

Have left it and will keep looking. 🙈

Good luck mate. Hold out for the right one no matter how long it takes? What's your budget? I know of a really nice sport for sale nut and bolt resto all documented. Pm me if interested

Yeah I’m in no rush and in all honestly hadn’t been massively looking. That sounds absolutely spot on but out of my budget unfortunately, looking to spend between 6-10k max.

if the car was basically sound and complete i would not dismiss it on the above, - ive seen and indeed bought far worse than this,

unless your budget can run to the very best example some corrosion and welding are likely to be inevitable.
