I’ve had hay fever for the first time for the last 3-4 weeks, nose running, sneezing, and coughing.I had it last year slightly, but this year it’s a nightmare. My question is has anyone got any good remedies or medicines ?

Locally produced honey is supposed to be a good preventative for hay fever as it is made from the same plants that are causing you a problem, I believe you need to start eating it before the pollen season kicks off though, beware of rebranded chinese sh**e, its everywhere...

You get hay-fever pills (antihistamines) from supermarkets, cheap as chips. Just pop one in the morning.

Yes mate tried about 3 different brands and not a scrap of difference.Fortunately i seem to be fine now, it seems to be tree pollen that makes a mess of me, so I can only guess that’s a finished now, thank god.Streettech wrote: ↑Tue Jun 08, 2021 8:23 pmYou get hay-fever pills (antihistamines) from supermarkets, cheap as chips. I get it really badly too. You're probably not going to believe me but I find stinging myself with stinging nettles cures it pretty much instantly! No idea why but it works better than any pills I've tried.
