Scorpion Down pipe and e46 rack conversion

Anybody have any experience of doing the e46 purple tag rack swap, with a scorpion exhaust system. Factory manifold, Scorpion down pipe, middle section and back box.? Any clearance issues? Fitment issues? For a 325i

The standard 325i downpipe gives clearance problems, so if the scorpion is slightly larger it will give problems also

Did you ever get around to doing it? One option I had considered was to simply use taller engine mounts.
