It's a rear valance/tail panel for a 1991 (facelift) saloon.
If there's an option for a twin exhaust cut out version, may I have the quote for that please as that's what I would need?

That is the correct part number for the twin exhaust panel, but it is out of stock everywhere in the world at the moment and
BMW do not have a date as to when new stock will arrive.
The single pipe panel is still available as an alternative, it wouldnt take much to make the single pipe hole into a double.
The cost would be £301.31
