Help please. No power to fuel pump. Fuse 11 blows when jumping 87 and 30

Pulling my hair out with this now lol.
I've been through my wiring I'm sure it's the same as it was before!

Tested the fuel pump relay. Thick red wire has 12v, jumped pins 87 and 30 and the fuel pump fuse blew!

Fuel pump is a new item that only did around 500 miles if that.! Its a quantum high flow pump.

I'm not getting any power to the fuel pump plug. And fuse 11 shows earth which is really pickling me now

Someone please help.
It's almost as if the fuel pump circuit is earthed and not live
A 2 door e30 with 8 cylinders, what could be better winkeye :D

Remove fuse 11 and connect a 12 volt lamp between the inner socket of the fuse holder and body earth.
Crank the engine. Does the lamp light?
