E30 Cab. restoration - advice??

I have a 325I Cab. first reg. in 1989 and below is a list of parts that I would appreciate a quote for. Likely more to follow...

According to RealOem my car was build in June 1986...that seems unusual considering first reg. in 1989. Does that make sense or is RealOem inaccurate? Chassis No. WBABB42OXO1882003

Exhaust mount bracket 41121919948 (is this the bracket above the silencer nearest the nearside rear wheel?)

The dates are correct according to my info, built week 22 196 and registered 2/2/89, its very unusual for a car to be built and not registered for over two years.
