4hp22 auto leak after oil change

Hi
I’ve just changed the oil on the gearbox of my car (320i auto 1990). I believe the level is correct and measured engine running and warm.
It’s leaking out of what I think is the accelerator/kickdown cable. I think there’s and o-ring on there, but it’s wobbling about.
It wasn’t leaking for the change, but is now.
Anything else I should be checking.
Roughly the same place as the black connection in the pic, except mine is vertical. Hard to get a pic.
