Can anyone recommend a decent wheel stud conversion kit for stock e30 hubs?

I fitted studs I bought from Rally Design. Many moons ago I admit, they've been great. Not sure exactly what length they were now but check their website out. I know some guys in the BMWCCR had some Tegiwa ones but they had problems with them failing!
To be honest I ordered mine to match the standard bolt length plus a little but, however in hindsight I'd have just gone longer as its never bad to have longer studs.
This is my photo from said 'moons ago':

you can get a good quality stud & nut kit for the e30 for about £50, no need to be spending £100+ like some places sell them for.
grayson do a kit where the stud has a blank part that stops you from screwing them in to far, looks a lot like the the ones in the pic that rix has posted.
also, some have an allen key hole in the end to help you fit them & some you have to "double nut" them to fit them.
don't forget to use some thread locker to stop them from backing out.
when i did mine i got a pack of 20 so i've got 4 spares just in case.

if it's got t*ts or wheels it's bound to be trouble...............prove me wrong.

I used the Turner Motorsport ones from the US - I did find that even with loctite they tended to loosen over time so checked whenever work was being done. They were pretty good though and they look nice with the bullet nose. I find that it depends on the wheel you have - the basketweaves I like benefit from a centre cap so have gone back to bolts.

many many different reasons,
main one is ease of changing wheels.

It’s a track/drift car I’m building and since having studs on my other car I just feel it’s a lot easier.
Just want to make sure I get some decent ones.

Useful mod on a track car, where you're frequently changing wheels, but for others the wheel bolts locate very easily IF you use the locating tool provided in the tool kit.
