My car is fitted with climate control but I have no idea if it works or not. Is there a (simple) test I can carry out?

Never even set eyes on one of those!
Stick a thermometer inside the car and run the engine. Presumably, the thermometer should track whatever number you have the temp. knob pointed at after giving the heater/aircon time to catch up.

That was my first thought but wondered if there was a more definitive/scientific test!

Whens the last it worked as the gas may have leaked out, I think you can do a dye test to see where the leaks are, if the AC is not used from time to time the the system isn't subbed and seals dry out.

I know the AC works, I'm talking climate control.

The panel is the same as any other but with temperature numbers on the heat control dial. You can just about make it out in the pic.

Could probably count the number with aircon on the fingers of both hands as well!

A lot of the boxes got ticked by the original owner, all I've added is the electric rear windows. I'm more happy about the box that didn't get ticked, no sunroof.
