Hey zone
Looking at getting a new thermostat delivered from Eurocarparts and looks like they've got two options. One looks to have no rubber gasket but a small little extra hole in it, the other gas a gasket but no extra hole. Any thoughts?
Thermostat which one?

82 degrees is fine for a 325i.
