Hey guys,

This week's episode is all about the heater/air con unit.

I was lacking some parts due to the world ending but I have them all on order and the final piece was a nice contrast from what it used to be.

I think I would have to go and buy a new one as what you are doing is barking mad .lol.

If I wasn't doing the vids I'd possibly buy a new one as well. The videos are taking over!

Anyone reinstalled one of these back into the car?

Is it best to apply the A/C lines once the box is installed in the car? The lines were very difficult to access for removal so getting the lines started and making sure o-ring seats (and you are supposed to wrap the ends afterwards) which would seem to be a pita

or is it best to pre-attach? just wondering how difficult it is to manoeuvre the whole thing and feed the lines through with all the wiring harness there and steering column etc
