Hi all hope everybody is well, recently purchased another e30 to stop me going mad as work has gone very quiet and was just wondering if anybody has attempted or succesfully repaired a rusty chrome bumper, when I say rusty I mean it has a couple of holes in it!!
I'm not 100% sure if i can grind them down and weld a piece back in and assume get them re chromed?

Hmm, so around £350 for a complete rear bumper! I'll be honest the cars not a minter just something to keep me occupied and try get it back on the road just for the sake of saving another e30 so I'll have a go at a repair first!!

Plenty of used ones for under 150 if you look, I just got a NEW front center section for 85. Joint covers are expensive though.
