I know that 325's had an LSD as an option and that drum brake and disc brake cars have different flanges but are the shafts themselves any different and therefore will I come into trouble driving a welded drum brake diff?
It's not going to be a drift car or driven sideways everyday but for the odd bit of sideways exiting a junction or around a roundabout I can't afford a new LSD currently and am bored to be honest. So want to be able to have more fun in the car.
I have the standard 14 inch bottlecaps with narrow tyres.
I'm not looking for replies about the pro's and con's of a welded diff I'm well aware I purely want to know if the driveshafts will cope
TIA
