None of those are Tech II bumpers. All copies, and probably mostly fibreglass copies at that.

Yes they are , there seems to be a shortage of the kit now available .I'm wondering if the existing brackets could be used to fit the cover onto, not that I'm considering it as mines original . There was poster on here making these copies but communications weren't the best

My car had fibreglass copy front and rear bumpers from previous owner and they were terrible.
No way of bolting them in place, just held on with hopes and dreams.

I ripped them off, put standard front bumper and valance on with iS front lip and se side skirts, but I want a tech 2 rear bumper

The guy offering them on here from somewhere in eastern Europe (can't remember who or exactly where) was at least making them from the right material. Anyone on here actually buy and receive from him?

There are ones on ebay that are not fibreglass, some kind of plastic but pictures aren't good enough for me to take a chance as I would want one that not only slides into the side runners, but has the mounts on the inside so can use the original bolts to secure it.

I'm yet to see a copy that has this, unless the guy you're referring to does this with his
