Hi All,
Have had an inspection on car and reported that n/o side lower arm bushes are very soft - could this be causing real bad vibration around 80 mph and above?
Cheers

Quite possibly - If they're knackered, replacing them will make a huge difference to how the car drives in general...

Cheers Ziggy,
expensive/complicated job? one for a car-mechanophobe? Work on bikes but they ARE different, not as heavy!

The old ones can be a biatch to get off, but that's just a case of a bit of time spent with a hacksaw / grinder if necessary! Saying that though, if they're knackered they'll come off more easily anyway - mine was for an upgrade to the powerflex eccentric ones
Really not complicated...

Use genuine M3 ones as a replacement. Make sure the control arm ball joints are good before fitting as once one, they can't be taken off and reused.
