Hi all
In need of some help I tried fitting a new sunroof panel today it didn’t go to plan as the sunroof wouldn’t line up correctly, I noticed that the rails on either side of the car that the panel bolt too wouldn’t line up one was closer to the front of the car than the other so it caused the sunroof panel sit weird, does anybody have any ideas or experienced a similar thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You haven't said whether it's electric or manual?
Unbolting the motor or winder assembly will allow the mech. to move manually, so that you can synchronise them, but it's worrying how they became out of sync in the first place.
Set the roof to full tilt, and do the same with the winder or motor before refitting it. IIRC, there are holes in the tilt mech. that should line up with other holes when in exactly the right position.
