Windscreen Issue

Well I spent a good while looking for a replacement for the brown front windscreen that has cracked in the chromie.

Found a good one, original BMW, perfect nick

The replacement was carefully retrieved, cossetted and stored in a dark place waiting for the day when I get to attack the car.

Went to move it to a better place for storage only to find it has developed bubbles in between the layers of glass (about 1-2mm diameter)

Anyone seen this before?

99% sure it is terminal but will try anything to recover it if anyone has any thoughts

Next question is does anyone have another?

Yes be good to know too, can get clear or green easy enough but not brown/bronze
