Hi,

Is there any clips to hold the drip rail onto the car. Mine is loose at the wing mirror!

regards

Richard

This trim piece doesn't have clips, it just pushes on to the gutter. You could try some kind of adhesive but ultimately replacement is the answer.

You need 8x 51131863499 clip. They are small metal u-clips with spikes that fit into the drip-rail ( 4 equally spaced down each A-pillar), I put grease/engine-oil on mine to stop them rusting into oblivion like the originals do.
Not using these clips risks the drip-rail being ripped off the next time you go on motorway.

Really? I've removed a few of these trim pieces and from my experience they just 'roll' on to the gutter without any clips being used.

I tried put these on and they are scrapping the paint a little. I gave up and squeezed the trim instead and it seems tighter. May try another day.

They are crude things, i guess the fact they are removing paint shows they are gripping properly and wont let go.
I put grease on car-body where the clips bite to stop rust.
Would think using just one clip per side, down near the door-mirror,would be good enough.
