Sorry I was meant to of replied,it did but I'm trying to find how the water is getting in there in the first place,I think it's from the knacked seal 2 on my car but I was just hopping someone could say they had had the same problem,cheers anyway.

The seal does not stop water. Have a look at where it finishes! There is a huge gap.

The drains are there because water is always going to get in.

It's not a great design and you need to make sure that the sill drains are not blocked too.

O that’s interesting I didn’t know that.I never suffered with water in there until a few months ago that’s why I thought a seal had gone.

I’ve just checked the drain holes and they were blocked but clear now.Im not saying your wrong about the seal,it just seems strange that the compartment was so badly designed that it lets water in.I just would of thought that the rubber seals were there to stop this happening.Any cheers for the advice.

It's normal automotive design. Sunroof lets water in, doors let water inside them, sills let water in, scuttle lets water in. What matters is that the drains all remain clear.
