Does anyone have any reputable and trusted sources for secondhand crack-free dashboards?

Uncracked dashes are getting harder to find and fetching good money. You could spend a wad on a dash, spend the day fitting it and have it crack next day. That is just the age these cars are, doesn't seem much rhyme or reason to what makes them crack but heat and UV are prime culprits, however one of mine cracked in a cool garage having not seen sun for 20 years.

There are the usual culprits of filling/painting/flocking, none of it looks right IMHO

If you are going to use a dash mat to protect your new used uncracked dash would it matter if it is cracked underneath?

These guys re-vinyl them but NOT cheap, may be easier to ship from OZ

I’ve just bought this product called Marine 303 protectant. Apparently supposed to be quite good!

As Bristol mentioned I have beeb using 303 for a few years, The wipes are good the spray gets on to the screen.
