Brianmoooore has given them a good review.
They are not UK based, Germany.
I've not used them yet, but will be on the next lot of parts I need!

I use them all the time, get their app on your phone ...input you car details... they offer oem stuff as well as loads of alternatives.

Fast delivery.. although German they have a huge presence all over Europe.

Easy to send stuff back as well.

Yes plenty of choice and excellent service, if you're not desperate for your chosen item keep a watch on the site because they do have decent discounts

Not uncommon for 25% to be offered on occasion - you get these offers as an alert if you use the phone app too.

I have used them twice, the first time the parcel had been dropped, which may well not have been their fault at all and they did a replacement without any fuss. The second time pattern parts were supplied that could not be made to fit.

Used them a few times, never had an issue with them. Not been lucky enough to get any emails offering the extra discounts though.

I get the e-mails, but mostly you get notifications from the app.

The app always has an extra 2% discount over the web site. I use the web site to look for things because it is easier then order on the app

As Brian says discounts of over 30% have been cropping up recently and AFAIK they are real, I had been tracking prices of some expensive items for quite a while and (on the items I was watching) the base price did not change, the discount was real.

They have a great range and the app is good but stuff is bloody slow to get here - I usually wait at least 2 days for confirmation of order, recently I just chase up via email. I’m still waiting for a delivery date one week on from last order. If it’s only a few quid in it just use the usual suspects, ECP etc and collect next day

i've never used autodoc, i was always a bit weary about the prices,

i normally use rockauto in the states, allways have what i need & delivery only takes a week at most depending on which courier i choose to use (they use several, fedex, ups etc).

having seen whats been said on here about autodoc i'm tempted to give them a try.
if it's got t*ts or wheels it's bound to be trouble...............prove me wrong.

Well I was wanting a Bilstein B12 setup now that the chromie will be going back into its full Alpina finery, when the discount first hit 32% a while back I pulled the trigger and sure enough, about a week later they were here in a brand new sealed Bilstein box, packed in an Autodoc box, around £150 cheaper than some are selling them second hand and over £200 cheaper than Demon Tweaks.

For that kind of money I'm happy to wait a few days.

I have never had to wait for an order confirmation, always comes through straight away, but check your junk mail. Dispatch is a few days later and then delivery about 5 days by GLS/Parcelforce.

Returned a couple of bits and it has always been (again maybe a bit slow but) completely painless. I like the range of manufacturers generally available and I have not had anything substituted, always been the specific make I have ordered

Not the place if you are in a hurry but if you are not, worth a try

I have used them and there have been no problems. Now I have a pair of calipers with core charge and if I send my old ones to Berlin I'll get a refund.

Be aware that if you attempt to fit something and then find that it doesn't fit/is wrong they will not accept it back

I've used them a few times, been good. Got the parts I ordered, no pattern parts yet luckily but the overall time from order to arrival is slow. I always expect them the week after if I order at the start of the week.

Thanks

Does that apply even if you pay the extra for 'Safe order'? It says they will accept returns for 200 days after the sale on the website.
