Quick question for those that may know about these, got a 46 330ci with the 067 rack, but it has play in it, I've ordered a refurbed one, but the one I've been sent pn refers to a 320i,
I've sent a message to the company and their reply was -

The plate that is fitted to the body of the steering rack is irrelevant. We build the quick ratio racks in batches of 20. The quick ratio internals and the body may not be from the same vehicle.
Is that true? Annoying putting on a rack with the wrong p/n on it! Plus I thought they have a restrictive valve which gives it a heavier feel?
