When I connect the 2 wires behind horn push pad relay clicks.
When i put a wire on shaft below the steering wheel nut holding and other bit still get a clicking noise but no horn
Any help.please. pics would be great or a thread with pics as not too mechanical

Check for +12 across relay pins 30 + 87.If this is present your horn is either dead or you have a short between the fusebox and horn, or loose dirty connection at horn.

Sounds like you have a loose connection to ground, most likely to do with the grounding point mentioned in the thread.Horns are located at bottom of front chassis, just under/behind foglights if you have them

Is that the grounding point behind the front left headlamp? As I checked that

Relay clicks when horn push is operated, so control circuit is OK. Pull plug from horn and connect test lamp to pins of plug. Switch on ignition and operate horn push.
