Not getting any younger so I had these locating pins made to help with removing/replacing the wheels. :D

BMW E39 tool kits (and possibly others) contain a wheel positioning pin:

Why don't you just use the one supplied in the tool kit?

Yep as everyone thinks its just for the spark plug wrench......

Do you know what the removable bit of foam on the bonnet insulation covers?

and there's the reason i swapped to stud & nut, so much easier.
if it's got t*ts or wheels it's bound to be trouble...............prove me wrong.

I've always been tempted by a set but am put off by what always looks like a shiny silver finish in photos. Yours look more like original BBS nogaro silver, did you have them painted?

Its the original finish I think it’s the polished lip reflecting on the centre of the wheel giving the shiny colour. They have been on the car for over 4 years and it is my every day transport so used in all weather conditions, no sign of corrosion, and made in Germany. :D
