Hi I've just treated my 1990 325 Cabriolet to a new set of tyres. Followed Zone recommendation a had Uniroyal Rainsport 3, 205 55 R15 V fitted all round. The pressures quoted on the door post decal are 2.4 bar front and 2.6 bar rear. Has anyone deviated from these pressures? Not for me to question BMW but these figures seem a tad high. Has tyre technology moved on from 1990 meaning pressures could be changed? I'd be interested in your views. Thanks in advance.

Factory, as per door panel sticker, is fine for me on 205/55/15s all round.

Thanks guys. Looks like I should have more faith in BMW!
