thats not a bad idea at least you could just hop from one to the other, if it was in the same format as the zone, as i do understand what zoners have said about finding things on other forums can be a little complicated due to the messy layout.

As one of the "original few" who were around when the zone started and now the honoured site owner, let me give a little information about how the zone started off.
A few people used to frequent another popular "all BMW" forum but it seemed to focus mainly on new cars. There seemed to be a small percentage of users who owned E30's who had a bit more passion for their cars because of what the E30 is, a classic style.
It was decided to start off with one of these free forums so that all the E30 enthusiasts could chat about their own thing. It started very small and basic with little more than about 20 members for some time. A name for the forum was decided "E30zone" because it was for everything E30 and only E30. It was run by E30 enthusiasts for fellow E30 enthusiasts.
Steve then decided to purchase the website name e30zone so that we could intergrate the forum and we could post pice of our cars along with some articles etc. It then grew incredibly from then on. We got so big that we were losing content on the free forums at an incredible rate as each forum section would only save X amount of posts.
We then switched to a new style site and forum and continued building and this is what you see today with now over 10,000 members and over a million hits a month.
The E30zone has become what it is today because of it's E30 only essence and whatever might have changed over the years, the backbone has remained the same and I do not intend to change it because it's a winning formula.
If there is a void in the net for other model BMW's then people can always do the same as us and create their own sites.
The only thing I think might be a good idea is to have a new section for Non E30 Car Chat.
