Bought a strip of Shadowline trim from him on the 28th June, arrived a few days later. Opened to find it was bent.
He replied initially on Thursday of last week but has ignored me since, on here, the phone and text message.
Trim wrapped in hoover pipes for protection but joints covered with flexible pipe and sellotape allowed the damage to occur.
I don’t have £65 to just piss away on damaged trim.
Trims are notoriously difficult to post, replying to messages isn’t.

I would be going after the courier, not Brutus.

And why’s that? Damage wasn’t visible until opened, I had no dealing with Royal Mail, Brutus is the one not bothering to resolve it.

It looks as though the package was meant to be straight but is now bent?
Are you saying that that picture is after it was opened?
It is not very clear what is wrong.

It’s the Shadowline trim from one side so the tubing was in sections to accommodate the bends in the trim, unfortunately where the straight sections were joined a further bend was put in the trim. This wasn’t visible until opened.
It’s very difficult to package trim against damage but it’s a bit off that he’s just stopped replying to my messages when he’s supposed to be a trusted trader.

It's the first negative I've seen for Brutus, hopefully he will see your thread.

He messaged me last night about lost phones and no internet so hopefully we can get this resolved today.

Still not had a response, appears online, reads my messages then nothing.
He’s obviously got no intention of resolving it.
Waste of time and money.

Appalling communication and it’s taken nearly four weeks but Brutus has now refunded my money.
