As the original dash had a crack or two, my mate covered it in a leather cover which had been sprayed glued on.
Is there anything I can use to remove this glue without causing too much damage?
I've only removed a bit under the dash, so happy to experiment with any glue removal recommendations.

Have you got any photos of the dash?

For a lot of glue residue, normally things like tape residue I use WD40, it would be the first thing I would try.

We’ve got a can of ‘Sticky Label remover’ under the kitchen sink. It’s really good. Made by Tableau. We bought it in Hursts on the Isle of Wight

Managed to get this one, as I've started somewhere inconspicuous first, next to the the glove box, so I can test some products first.
The white stuff is the glue.

Worth a shot, thanks.

Might have to check the internet for that one if nothing else works.

Autosmart Jelsol is pretty good stuff but it is on the aggressive side so I would recommend a small tester first.

Thanks. The dash was so bad and beyond saving, I picked up a second hand one.
