Hi, any ideas on what stickers fit the headlights for use abroad? There's not many, if any, cars around now with e30 style lights and I'm not sure if the ones in the shops would suit. Thanks in advance.

You don't need stickers, the light units rotate to convert to lhd/rhd. Look for 3 screws on the back of the light, loosen them and rotate.

You have to loosen them much more than looks necessary, then pull the headlamp bowl away before rotating it. I think this applies only to the bullseye and smiley types, the early headlamps do not adjust. And don't do much to illuminate the road either!

No E30 light does much to illuminate the road!

True enough, although uprated bulbs help. This meant I had a problem on rallies, I could not just add driving lamps because the regulations limited you to four forward facing beams. I therefore fitted some 5 3/4 inch dipping headlights in the outers, blanked off the inners and stuck on some PIAA lamps. This necessitated some nifty work with relays, as the E30 dipswitch is not a conventional change over switch, simply an on/off switch. I got some S/H lamp carriers and side grills, so that I could switch back to standard E30 set-up when not on a rally.

Reason you have to slacken the screws off so much (unscrew them until they're loose - they're captive and won't come right out) is to clear a locating tab that ensures they are completely in one position or the other. If you're going to be changing them often, the tab can stand some surgery so that you don't have to back off the screws so much.
My red touring had the tabs cut back, and longer screws fitted with springs under their heads, so that they could be changed in seconds, although care had to be taken to avoid pulling the lamps out of one of the beam adjusters.
Facelift E30 dipped beams aren't bad IF they are adjusted near to as high as the MOT regulations allow.
