How do I gain access to the fog light teltail indicator to change the bulb in it ?

As you can see from the removal instructions in the link above, it's easy enough to remove the cluster, but, depending on the size of your hands and/or your dexterity with a pair of needle nosed pliers, it's possible to change some of the lamps in the row from underneath, after just removing the under dash panel.
