Hi folks,

It's been about 12 years since i overhauled my rear beam, and the subframe bushes need changing again.

I'm pretty sure i fitted Lemforder ones last time but everywhere i look they are showing out of stock

I don't want to poly it, but what's a good make to go for, or should i just get them from Cotswolds BMW?

Thanks!
Matt

Autodoc show Febi and Mehyle in stock, which I'd be happy with.

Brian, whats the opinion on void fillers these days?

My old bushes have them fitted, the new bushes have a thin webbing blocking the void.

Cut the webbing and refit?

Depends if you want to tighten up the rear end, or allow it to perform as designed.
The void is to allow controlled movement of the beam under lateral load, o as to introduce a small amount of rear steer to help balance the car.
