Front Valance

Hi Guys,

Can someone point me to the page on real oem that lists the front valance and its fasteners? It appears to be listed in a few places as 'Front panel' but the drawings don't show any of the mounting brackets on the valance or fasteners used.

Better still if you know the part number for the hex head screws it would be greatly appreciated.

No. 8 here: http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/showpar ... Id=41_0132 is the front valance for a pre facelift.

The Valance is Mtech 2 so facelift?

Try putting your VIN into that site and looking on the same page for your car.

Hi Ben,

I actually sat with the parts guy in my local main dealer the other day trying to find the part number and we concluded that the fasteners for the front panel are not listed in any of the E30 drawings. Even the drawing of the front panel is inaccurate as it doesn't show any of the mounting tabs on the back of it either. Luckily i had one of the original self tapping hex screws used to fix my front panel, so he took it and had a root around in their stock room and found that its actually a commonly used part on current vehicles. (I suspected as much)

Oh and they're about 15 pence each with no minimum order so not the end of the world
