Cometic 0.140 head gasket on m50

Hello everyone! I need help with the m50 timing chain!
Everyone say that for turbo m50 you need to put on cometic 0.140 head gasket for lower cr. My engine is stock, head and engine block deck is lightly polished.
Now chain is too short becausee thicker gasket. Sou how to sort this problem?

What are you doing with the tensioner?

I would have thought that it would give enough 'slack' to account for this?

Tensioner is max open, cant fit cam sprocket with brand new chain. Can fit everything with old chain, but then chain is super tight.
