the NGK spark plugs and Fram oil filter can be gotten from www.gsfcarparts.com for very reasonable prices
as for oil-you'll get plenty of mixed advice on that, so I'd advise you speak to your local garage or car shop-rather than getting a 10 page thread about oil

1. Oil (Fully synth)
2. Oil Filter (BMW only)
3. Air Filter (BMW only)
4. Spark plugs
5. Rotor arm (BMW only or bosch centres)
6. Dizzy Cap
7. Good ratio of anti freeze
8. Gearbox oil
9. DIff oil (Fully synth or LSD oils)
Then all the belts inc timing with new tenssioner.
