Sills , front and rear valance

Hi guys

I wanted to know what is an original finish on the sills , front and rear valance
Of a pre facelift e30 please?

I’ve seen some with textured effect on front ( like stone chip ) and some smooth finishes on rear and sills .

I’m in process of restoring a pre facelift cabriolet so wanted to make sure it’s done correct .

Any advice help or pics would be greatly appreciated cheers

Prefacelift cabriolet had stone chip on front and rear valances and sills.

The valances were body colour and the sills matt black.

Cheers guys . So the sills aren’t stone chipped just matt black paint

The sills will have been stone-chipped and then Matt-black on top rather than body-colour.
