Display occasionally goes crazy

the predator numbers.. i jsut reach in behiind it and push the connector back in. I think it's because it gets hot behind there. When I have no heater or less heat on, it's fine. Else.. open the glovebox, snake hand thru and hey presto, push the plug back in. AS for setting time.. no idea!
