Hi guys
I’m having problems with my car starting from cold. It seems to turn over for ages before it starts.
It is better once warmed up for starting.
Any ideas ?

YEP. CHECK YOUR FUEL PRESSURE. you need a fuel gauge, fuel pipe and some clips to put one in line.
other post on her and various one,s on youtube show how to check fuel pressure.
The issue here is our car DON,T pre prime the system like modern cars do. They only start the fuel pump on engine cranking.
my car does this as i know the fuel pressure is not holding as it should.
Its probably a non return valve in the fuel tank in my case. as i,ve checked everything else , injectors , FPR, all pipe work. personally don,t mind a longer crank time on cold engine gives more time for the oil to get to the spray bay on top end. (your understand what i mean if ever you take the rocker covr off.

As Speedtouch says, and do it at the ECU to confirm all the wiring is good too - just testing at the sensor is only looking at half the potential problem.
